Requirements

We discourage drop-offs and pick-ups outside of our normal hours of operation, but if this is an emergency and the need arises, a service fee of $30.00 is charged. An appointment must be confirmed with the office in advance to have office staff available. There are no exceptions. An outside hours appointment that is not canceled will be charged to your bill plus regular boarding rate if your appointment is between noon and 3:00 p.m.


REQUIREMENTS
We do not accept dogs into the kennel that appear sick in any way.


VACCINATIONS:
Documentation for current vaccinations needs to be brought to the office at the time of drop-off or can be faxed to us in advance from your veterinarian.

Bordetella:
given within the last 6 months

Parvo:
given within the last 6 months for dogs under 2 years

Corona:
given within the last year

DHLPP:
given within the last year

Rabies:
given within the last year for the first rabies vaccination
given within the last 3 years for the following vaccinations

FVRCP, Felv, FIP, Rabies:
within the last year



WHAT TO BRING:


Vaccination records (or can be faxed to us in advance)
Emergency phone number
Your veterinarians phone number
Medications, supplements, special diet, etc.
Leash and choke collar
A favorite toy (rawhide or rubber toy)
Air-tight container (if you bring your own kibble or other edibles)
